The TSG Tweak helmet is designed to perform on all parts of the mountain and in all conditions. This helmet combines very light in-mold construction with our dial-fit system and adjustable ventilation, resulting in highly customizable comfort in different situations on the slopes. Whether you're carving on the slopes, stunting in the park or tearing through the backcountry, the Tweak-helmet is your versatile companion.
With In-Mold Construction, the shock-absorbing EPS-liner is bonded directly to the polycarbonate shells, creating a lightweight and strong structure. The PC-shell is first pulled over the helmet shape and then the shell shape and holes are milled out. This PC-shell is placed in the helmet mold, the anchors for straps and attachment systems are placed, the mold is closed and the EPS is injected. This merges the polycarbonate shell with the EPS, resulting in a super light but extremely stable helmet.
The Dial-Fit System makes it easy to set a custom fit in seconds. An adjustment wheel on the back of the helmet allows you to adjust size and increase stability for helmets not equipped with our Snug Fit-system. Some of our mountain bike enduro/trail helmets also have a height-adjustable Dial Fit-system.
The TSG Low Fit-design allows the helmet to sit low and fully protect the entire back of the head and sides without restricting the field of vision or impeding movement. This design provides maximum protection without compromising on comfort or functionality.

The Tuned Fit-system allows a rider to adjust their own fit using pads of different thicknesses on the inside of the helmet. TSG helmets always come with two sizes of pads. Each size comes in a different color, making it easy to determine the correct pads to fit the helmet on the head. It is very important to adjust the helmet with these included pads. For example, if necessary, the slightly thicker pads can be fitted to the back of the head and the pad for the front of the head can be thinner, or vice versa.
