The hardshell-helmets from TSG are made of durable materials such as ABS or PP plastic. This outer shell is bonded to the EPS-core, resulting in a two-piece construction that provides optimal durability and ultimate high-impact protection.
The Tuned Fit System allows riders to customize their fit with different thicknesses of pads on the inside of the helmet. Each size comes in a different color, making it easy to choose the right pads for an optimal fit. Adjusting the helmet with these included pads is essential for comfort and safety.
With the TSG Snug Fit, the helmet is designed according to a basic anatomical shape, allowing the helmet to follow the natural curves of the human head. This creates a contact ring inside the helmet where the head touches the helmet everywhere. The Snug Fit not only provides a better fit, but also makes the helmet look less bulky.
The TSG Low Fit sits low and fully protects the entire back and sides of your head without restricting the field of vision or impeding movement. This ensures optimal protection without compromising on comfort and style.
Comfort is a priority with 14 vents and airflow channels, a coated front for added strength, comfortable padding in two sizes that is removable and washable, and removable soft ear pads and neck roll for added warmth and comfort.

Each size comes in a different color, making it easy to determine the correct pads to fit the helmet on the head. It is very important to adjust the helmet with these included pads. For example, if necessary, the slightly thicker pads can be fitted to the back of the head and the pad for the front of the head can be thinner, or vice versa.
