Sideways cares deeply about your privacy. Therefore, we only process data that we need for (improving) our services and we handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial objectives.

The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 29/08/2019, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions is nullified. Webshop Software

Magento

Our webshop has been developed with software from Magento; we have chosen Magento for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the purposes of our services will be shared with this party. Magento has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Magento is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have made with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.

Email and Mailing Lists

MailChimp

We send our email newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for their own purposes. At the bottom of every email that is automatically sent through our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click this, you will no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that make it clear whether emails are opened and read. We use the platform of Mollie to handle a (part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and in this context, share (anonymized) data with third parties. WebwinkelKeur

We collect reviews via the platform of WebwinkelKeur. When you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are obliged to provide your name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us, so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on their own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In the case that we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. PostNL

When you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries.
